Third Annual Benbulben Yoga-Hike Havin’ a Laugh Fundraiser

On this Winter excursion, we set our heights for Sligo’s iconic mountain top Benbulben. Guided by the qualified and always entertaining guides of Northwest Adventure Tours we are safe and at a modest pace brought to one of the best views over Sligo and the Wild Atlantic Way.
Along the way we pause for some earthy meditations with Havin’ a Laugh charity founder and Your Wellbeing Warrior Blaithin Sweeney and on reaching our destination we celebrate with a fun and invigorating mountain top yoga session. Tea/Coffee and snacks included.
This fundraising excursion is listed as part of the Adventure Sligo Wild Atlantic Escapes Weekend. It is ONLY the Benbulben Yoga Hike Excursion that is a designated fundraiser for Havin’ a Laugh but we certainly encourage you to browse the other amazing adventures being hosted by Sligo’s energetic Adventure Community.
